Added appveyor configuration for artifacts (#13) 

* Added appveyor configuration for artifacts

* Enabled "Package NuGet projects" in appveyor.yml

* Added appveyor incrementing version

* Added assembly info patching to appveyor configuration

* Include nuget symbols

* Use GlobalAssemblyInfo for all projects
