Made project compatible with Mono, MonoDevelop and Rider (#12) 

* Changed project files so that they are compatible with MonoDevelop.
* Changed test framework from MSTest to NUnit.
* Made tests compatible with NUnit.
* Instead of using DeploymentItem for zips, this uses in-memory zips.
* Added Travis configuration to test under Mono on Linux and MacOSX.
* Added AppVeyor configuration to test under .NET on Windows.
