Simplified Arima xreg handling

* More reliable auto-naming (deparsing can cause unnecessary warnings due to differences in usage, resolves #771)
* Providing xreg when not required now returns a warning
* Better capturing of appropriate input types for xreg (rather than just giving an error on data.frame input)
