Revert "Updated man"

This reverts commit a0305a2a.

@robjhyndman This is an artefact of having fablelite installed, the issue being that the function arguments are inconsistent across packages and forecast replaces forecast::accuracy with fablelite::accuracy if it is installed (so that forecast+fable accuracy() can be used together).
