Add method arguments description; add examples

Add after each method arguments under each method name with short description for each argument from the beginning of "Creating Buttons and Submit Elements" until beginning of "Creating Inputs for Associated Data";
Add missing examples in various places in the same document area;
Format element, attribute, key, property names with code tags to improve readability and page consistency;
