Reformat long lines, add Secure description and arguments description

Reformat long lines that don't contain code to fit into 80 chars.
Add more detailed description for secure(), from source code description.
Fix few small spell-checking errors.
Add arguments description for methods in the last part of page starting from Creating Inputs for Associated data till the end of page.
