Update themes.rst - Addition to documentation

Why there was said that new themes need to load a plugin with the name of the theme that creates a user? 

For example: /**
* Downloaded a new plugin theme, which was created in the folder /plugins/NewTheme
*/
Plugin::load('NewTheme');
