Removed the Facebook Group and Google+ Group

from the "Where to get Help" article as those groups are not intended to be used as help forum.

Many people join those gruops to post requests for help, even though the official group description reads:

"... Please only post topics relevant to CakePHP - This is not a group for support requests - Posts are moderated by group admins - Please keep comments relevant to posts - We do not tolerate spamming or abuse All requests for help should be made through the support channels listed here - http://community.cakephp.org/ IMPORTANT: Joining this group assumes you have read, understood and agreed to these terms."

But as we all know people can't or simply don't do read such messages.
Removing those two from the list should minimize such requests.

Both groups are still listed (rightly) on http://community.cakephp.org/ and under the community menu on http://cakephp.org/.
