unify running helper scripts, support additional output in all helper scripts 

Actually, `.Rprofile` could contain code which produce additional output
Our scripts were not ready for that. To workaround it we now surround all our output
by `>>>RPLUGIN>>>` and `<<<RPLUGIN<<<`
