Introduces GaussianFilter.checkAndSaveUpdate() analogously to... 

Introduces GaussianFilter.checkAndSaveUpdate() analogously to GaussianFilter.checkAndSavePrediction().

Direct set access to GaussianFilter.{stateMean, stateCov, stateCovSqrt} is now prohibited. All affected filters are updated
accordingly.
