Fixed a comment in create.feature

Fixed documentation for likelihood functions
Added the possibility to set max_mlik statically in marginal.probs.renorm to enable its use in results.merge
Implemented results.merge to merge results from many runs
Set encoding to UTF-8 to avoid roxygen errors
